As a leader, you mentor and inspire fellow staff with your collaborative spirit. Your commitment to implementing our new math program exemplifies this perfectly. As math curriculum leader, your positive approach turned a challenging transition into a first-year success story, creating a positive path for others to follow. Though you take your responsibilities seriously, your easy-going nature puts colleagues and students at ease. The laughter echoing from grade 6 curriculum meetings speaks volumes about how you bring joy to your work!
Amy, thank you for what you do for our Blue Dukes. Students thrive in your classroom because you create a safe, challenging environment where they're willing to take academic risks. You understand that sixth graders face unique developmental challenges, and you meet them with care and without judgment. Every day in your math classroom is a fresh start for students to grow academically and socially. Your special attention to students who need you most makes all the difference.
Our school community benefits tremendously from your problem-solving nature and willingness to go above and beyond. Staff and administration consistently turn to you for guidance. Behind the scenes, you quietly make RMS better in countless ways: serving as the T in PTO, organizing student assemblies, providing assessment-season snacks for all students, and recognizing staff achievements through the social committee.
